located in the sculpture park Hammerhagen, in Lørenskog, Norway.

Fuglefavn is a 3.5-meter-high fountain made from an old oil drum, rebar coated in a bioreceptive cement mixture and copper pipes. The cement mixture, which consists of peat, bone meal, eggshells, straw and perlite, is intended to stimulate microorganisms and moss to colonize the structure and eventually take over completely. Fuglefavn is an anti-war monument, and is about resilience and providing a home for those in need. It takes its visual expression from the images we see of bombed cityscapes, and the oil drum points to how the oil industry helps feed the war machine.
